Arctic Monkeys fete Beatles US TV debut

It's been 50 years since the Beatles made their debut on US TV and to mark the occasion the Artic Monkeys performerd a cover of All My Loving in NYC.

British rockers the Arctic Monkeys marked the 50th anniversary of the Beatles' US TV debut by covering one of their songs during a show in New York City on Saturday night.

The band played a concert at Manhattan's Madison Square Garden, marking the first time they have ever topped the bill at the venue, just a day before the Fab Four's anniversary celebrations on Sunday.

Arctic Monkeys acknowledged the special occasion by performing a cover version of the Beatles' All My Loving with fellow British rocker Miles Kane.

The surviving members of the Beatles are celebrating five decades since their appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show, which marked their US TV debut.
