ASADA has vowed to put its evidence on the table when show-cause notices are reissued to the 34 players embroiled in AFL club Essendon's supplements saga.
The Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority confirmed on Monday it will "fast-track" the process to issue notices to those Bombers that were allegedly administered the banned peptide thymosin beta 4.
A timeframe was not provided by ASADA, but reports suggesting amended notices could be served this week appear off the mark.
"Work is underway ... we will not sacrifice thoroughness and accuracy for speed," an ASADA spokesperson said.
"ASADA will only issue the amended show-cause notices once it is satisfied that the notices have met all the requirements of the National Anti-Doping scheme."
ASADA confirmed the notices will be more detailed and nuanced compared to those issued earlier in the year.
"The amended show-cause notices will include a comprehensive summary of the evidence in support of the case against the players," an ASADA spokesperson said.
"The notices are detailed and individually tailored to each player."
Bombers coach James Hird's appeal, against Justice John Middleton's ruling that ASADA's investigation was lawful, will be heard on November 10.
The club decided not to appeal the crushing verdict.
The players are also taking no part in the ongoing legal challenge against the probe.
