Warrington prop Ashton Sims has been accused of intentionally standing on an opponent.

The Fiji international has been charged by the Rugby Football League's match-review panel with a 'grade B' offence on Widnes winger Patrick Ah Van during his side's 34-20 win over the Vikings in the sixth round of the Challenge Cup.

Sims does not have the option of submitting an early-guilty plea and so will face a disciplinary hearing on Tuesday. A 'grade B' offence carries a recommended ban of one to two games.

Sim's front-row partner Chris Hill, the Warrington captain, was given a caution for striking Widnes substitute forward Danny Walker.

Meanwhile, Leeds prop Keith Galloway has been charged with a 'grade A' high tackle during his team's 72-10 Cup win over Barrow.

He is able to submit an early guilty plea which will free him to play against Super League leaders Castleford in Newcastle on Sunday.
