Aussie Jun shares lead in Korea Open golf

Korean-born Australian Jun Seok Lee is in a four-way tie for the lead at the Korea Open golf tournament.

Australia's Jun Seok Lee birdied the 18th hole to join a four-way tie for the halfway lead at the fog-disrupted Korea Open on Saturday.

Lee carded a 68 to head the leaderboard with South Koreans Kang Ji-Man, Jeon Yun-Cheol, and Ham Jeong-Woo at the Woo Jeong Hills Country Club in Cheonan.

Kang finished his second round on Friday while Lee, Jeon and Ham completed their remaining holes on Saturday morning.

The start of play was delayed by fog for a third consecutive day, resulting in the third round only starting on Saturday afternoon.

The Korean-born Lee was fast out of the blocks on the restart, birdying the 13th, 16th and 18th to join the leaders on four-under 138.

Jeon, one behind Kang when play was halted on Friday, carded two birdies and a bogey in his remaining six holes while Ham managed three birdies on the back nine.

Pre-tournament favourite Kevin Na of the United States was disqualified on Friday for signing a wrong scorecard.
