Aussie Peers to play for ATP doubles crown

Australian tennis ace John Peers and his Finnish partner Henri Kontinen are a win away from defending their doubles crown at the ATP World Tour Finals.

Australian Davis Cup star John Peers is one win away from defending his doubles crown at the ATP World Tour Finals in London.

Peers and Finnish partner Henri Kontinen beat the fourth-seeded pairing of Jamie Murray and Bruno Soares 7-6 (7-2) 6-2 in the semi-finals on Saturday night at the O2 arena.

The titleholders and reigning Australian Open champions will play top seeds Lukasz Kubot and Marcelo Melo in Sunday's final.
