Every day since 1923 the French pay tribute to those who fell in conflict, but whose bodies were never identified.

An eternal flame ceremony is held in their honour under the Arc De Triomphe in Paris.

On Tuesday, a group of Australian World War Two veterans were special guests at the ceremony.

They are in France ahead of the 70th anniversary of the D-Day landings, which turned the tide of war against Nazi Germany.
