Australian sprint canoeist Ken Wallace has added another medal to his World Cup tally, winning silver in the men's K4 in the Czech Republic.
Backing up after his silver medal performance in the men's K2 1000m with Lachlan Tame, Wallace helped steer the men's K4 crew to the same result.
The Australians won gold at the London Olympics, although Jacob Clear is the only paddler remaining from that line-up.
Wallace, Clear, Riley Fitzsimmons and Jordan Wood won gold at last week's opening World Cup but this time were pipped by the German team at Racice.
The crew made a slow start, which Wallace said would be a focus for them in training.
"It's great to have another race under our belts," said Wallace, who won gold and bronze at the Beijing Olympics.
"It's good to work out where everyone else is in the mix, and you get a feel for their kind of race plan."
They round off their competition program heading into Rio with a final World Cup in Portugal next week.
Despite their impressive results the men's K4 line-up is still to be finalised, with other paddlers including London Olympian Murray Stewart, Tame and Daniel Bowker vying for inclusion.
