Stage three of the 2013 Tour de France may well go down in history as "Australia day".

Stage three of the 2013 Tour de France may well go down in history as "Australia day".

 

Although Australians have won many stages of the Tour de France over the years, it is the first time an Australian team has won a stage and it was an Australian rider who secured the honour.
