A one-year-old boy has been found dead in a western Sydney home, sparking a police investigation.
Emergency services were called to a home in Chester Hill on Sunday afternoon to reports a baby was found unresponsive, police say.
NSW Ambulance attempted to revive the baby, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police established a crime scene and are preparing a report for the coroner.
The cause of death yet to be determined.
