Firefighters and paramedics could be banned from using their trucks, ambulances and uniforms to campaign at Victorian elections.

The committee recommends the laws be changed to "prohibit public sector workers using government property, such as ambulances, fire trucks and uniforms for political purposes and in election campaigns".
