Australia coach Justin Langer admits the nation has some big batting problems it must address urgently.

Justin Langer admits nobody is banging the door down as he mulls Australia's best top six amid a national batting crisis.

Langer has added Marnus Labuschagne to what is now a 14-man squad for the fourth Test against India.

Australia's coach says conditions at the SCG will shape the final XI but it's clear there are big batting problems that extend beyond the group travelling to Sydney.
