Brisbane coach Wayne Bennett says he is not surprised by his players' remarkable powers of recovery ahead of Friday night's NRL clash with the Warriors.
The Broncos will welcome back Jack Reed (shoulder) weeks ahead of schedule, while Jordan Kahu (quad) won't miss a match despite initially being ruled out for up to a month.
Strike centre James Roberts (quad) has also been given the all clear.
Asked about the secret to their speedy return, Bennett said: "I just think they enjoy playing with each other - they want to be in the team.
"They don't want to be sitting on the sidelines longer than they have to.
"Good clubs are like that.
"(At) poor clubs, it will take six or seven months to get ready to play again."
Reed was not expected back until at least April.
Kahu was initially not picked for the Warriors clash after suffering a quad injury in Brisbane's season-opening win away to Parramatta. He was supposed to be sidelined for two to four weeks.
Kahu will slot onto the wing for Greg Eden after training strongly on Thursday.
Roberts, who had been on light training duties this week, will partner Reed in the centres.
"They realised after the game that it probably wasn't as serious as we first thought," Bennett said of Kahu.
"We are not going to play him if he is not 100 per cent but he did everything he was asked to today and was in no pain.
"He was free to move."
