Two accused bikies jailed over an alleged pub meeting have been granted bail.
Alleged Rebels members Eric Fehlhaber and Patrick Moloney were arrested last Wednesday and charged under Queensland's contentious anti-association laws.
Police allege they met five other gang members or associates at the Yandina Hotel in the Sunshine Coast hinterland in November.
Fehlhaber, 50, and Moloney, 59, were granted bail in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Friday.
Magistrate Paul Kluck said there was a real risk their pre-sentence custody would be longer than their sentences if convicted.
Their cases were adjourned until next month.
Also charged are Steven Smith, 28, Dan Whale, 26, Joshua Carew, 30, Paul Lansdowne, 57, and Scott Conley, 36.
The seven men face a mandatory minimum six months' imprisonment if found guilty of being participants in criminal organisations and being in public with two or more other participants.
