Blues, Tigers blood new AFL talent

High-profile Richmond signings Dion Prestia and Josh Caddy will line up in the yellow and black in Thursday night's AFL season opener against Carlton.

Carlton and Richmond will each debut four players in new AFL colours when the two heavyweights open the AFL season on Thursday night.

Two Blues - Jarrod Pickett and Sam Petrevski-Seton - will make their AFL debuts for Brendon Bolton's side, alongside off-season signings Caleb Marchbank and Billie Smedts.

Tigers fans will see Josh Caddy, Dion Prestia and Toby Nankervis for the first time in yellow and black, with rookie Dan Butler to play his first senior game at the MCG.
