Body of missing man found in rural WA

Major Crime Squad detectives have found the body of a man near a rural town in WA, not far from where he was last seen more than a year ago.

The body of a man who went missing in rural Western Australia more than a year ago has been found not far from where he was last seen.

Dean Patrick White was last known to be in the Quairading area on March 31 last year.

Major Crime Squad detectives found the 55-year-old's body in a camp area north of the Wheatbelt town on Thursday and are investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
