Border Force offloaded 315 passengers

Border Force counter-terrorism units have offloaded 315 passengers, a Senate committee has heard. (AAP)

Border Force counter-terrorism units have offloaded 315 people at Australian airports in the past seven months.

Commissioner Roman Quaedvlieg told a Senate estimates hearing on Monday the units had assessed 110,000 inbound and outbound passengers.

There had been 1100 "outcomes" including referrals to security and intelligence agencies, he said.
