Brambles raises $US500m in US bond market

Logistics giant Brambles will use the proceeds of a US capital raising to repay existing bank debt.

Logistics giant Brambles has raised $US500 million in the US 144A bond market.

The notes will have a tenure of 10 years and a coupon rate of 4.125 per cent.

The proceeds from the notes will be used to repay borrowings under its existing bank credit facilities and for general corporate purposes, the company said.
