For the past 20 years, Brazil fan Nelson Paviotti has dressed only in the colours of his national team.
Mr Paviotti claims he promised to only wear green, yellow, white and blue if Brazil won the 1994 World Cup.
After the victory, he held true to his word and now boasts a house decorated with Brazil memorabilia and two cars painted to match.
Mr Paviotti said he enjoyed promoting his country.
"I feel like a patriot who loves his Brazil that loves his land that loves his people that is full of hope for a greater future for Brazil, a future more delightful, more promising, a future with a better life," he said.
And he is looking forward to the upcoming World Cup.
"The world will be focused on Brazil. The whole world will be focused on Brazil. This will give us the ability to communicate many messages, independent of whether we win the World Cup or not, it's going to show that we are here, what the true Brazil is, just when the World Cup and football is uniting the people."
