It's taken Stuart Broad 93 overs to find himself embroiled in another Ashes drama.
Short leg Adam Voges claimed a diving catch at the feet of Broad early on day two of the series opener in Cardiff.
Broad was on 11 when he popped the ball up after a rearing bouncer from Mitchell Johnson.
The umpires were initially happy to take Voges' word for it, but then decided to check with third umpire Chris Gaffaney.
"There's ... evidence the ball is touching the ground. I recommend you give him not out," Gaffaney said.
Broad, who initially wanted to stand his ground only then to be given out, trotted back to the middle.
Australia were booed by the majority of the crowd at Sophia Gardens.
Broad became a pantomime villain in the 2013 Ashes when he revelled in not walking, with Darren Lehmann dubbing it "blatant cheating".
Voges, speaking earlier this week, only had good things to say about the paceman he played alongside at county side Nottinghamshire.
"I've played a lot with him," Voges said.
"Off the field, he's a nice guy and I've always got along well with him.
"It's always different when you walk across the white line and I don't think we'll be saying too much to each other."
