The R&B musicians racked up more than five million illegal downloads each over the past 12 months.
Daft Punk and Justin Timberlake also featured prominently on illegal file-sharing websites, with about four million downloads each.
Rapper Flo Rida rounded out the top five, while Kanye West, Eminem, Jay Z and Drake also feature high on the list, which was compiled by musicmetric.com.
