Baby food maker Bubs Australia has appointed BDO executive Dennis Lin as chairman of the board.

Mr Lin, who as a partner at advisory services firm BDO leads its China advisory services, has been on the Bubs Australia board as non-executive director since January 2017.

Bubs Australia listed on the ASX in January 3 through a reverse takeover of Hillcrest Litigation Services, and has since struck supply deals with Chemist Warehouse, Coles and Costco, as well as set up partnerships to supply its products in China.
