Bushfire in SA's mid-north under control

A bushfire in South Australia's mid-north is no longer threatening lives and homes, the Country Fire Service says.

A bushfire in South Australia's mid-north, which has left a farmer with severe burns, has been contained.

The Country Fire Service says the fire at Nantawarra, near Port Wakefield, is no longer threatening lives and homes.

A 35-year-old farmer suffered severe burns in the blaze and was airlifted to Adelaide for treatment.

Two other people, including a CFS firefighter, also suffered burns.
