Cannabis plants found after Melbourne fire

Fire crews called to a house fire in Melbourne's east have found more than 100 cannabis plants.

Firefighters called to a Melbourne house fire have found more than 100 cannabis plants growing inside.

Emergency crews were called to the Box Hill house about 3am on Monday and discovered the indoor crop.

Detectives are investigating and dismantling the property.

No one was injured in the blaze and no one has been arrested.
