CBA appoints new group executive

Commonwealth Bank has appointed Coen Jonker to group executive for international financial services, replacing Rob Jesudason, who will take over as CFO.

Commonwealth Bank has promoted Coen Jonker to group executive for international financial services, effective July 1.

He will replace Rob Jesudason, who is set to take over as chief financial officer of the lender from that date.

Mr Jonker currently is a member of the international financial services leadership team and has previously served as chief executive of Edward Nathan, Africa's largest law firm, and has served on multiple board positions, the bank said.
