Olympic champion Kyle Chalmers has taken top honours at the Swimming Australia awards in Brisbane.
The 18-year-old was named Olympic Program Swimmer of the Year and earned Golden Moment of the Year for his Rio 100m freestyle gold medal effort, on Sunday night.
It marked the first time an overall Swimmer of the Year was not named since the awards' inception in 1990, with organisers feeling the Olympic category recognition was more inclusive.
Chalmers became the first Australian to claim the 100m Olympic title since Michael Wenden in 1968 and only the fourth overall.
The teenager also earned 4x100m freestyle and medley relay bronze on Olympic debut.
Fellow Olympic champion Mack Horton, 20, received the Swimmers' Swimmer of the Year honour, voted on by the athletes.
In Rio, Horton became just the fourth Australian to win Olympic 400m freestyle gold.
Michael Bohl was named Coach of the Year barely two months after long time charge, dual world champion Mitch Larkin, cut ties with him in the wake of a frustrating Rio Games.
Meanwhile, Maddison Elliott was named Paralympic Swimmer of the Year after earning three gold and two world records at Rio.
The Open Water Swimmer of the Year award was shared by Rio Olympians Jarrod Poort and Chelsea Gubecka after brave efforts in the tough 10km course off Copacabana Beach.
