Charity groups say they're planning to raise enough money to so that they can place a mobile billboard out the front of Federal Treasurer Joe Hockey's North Sydney electoral office.

Charity groups say they're planning to raise enough money to so that they can place a mobile billboard out the front of Federal Treasurer Joe Hockey's North Sydney electoral office.

The billboard is in response to speculation that Mr Hockey may be planning another round of cuts to foreign aid spending.

ActionAid Australia and Make Poverty History are behind the campaign.
