China bus crash death toll rises to 35

The death toll from a bus crash in north-western China has risen to 35, state media have reported.

Twenty-five people died immediately when a bus carrying 46 plunged 30 metres into a ravine in Shaanxi province.

Eleven passengers remain in hospital, five in critical condition, the Xinhua news agency says.
