Chris Froome wins second Tour

Britain's Chris Froome has won his second Tour de France title.

Britain's Chris Froome has been celebrating his second win in the Tour de France following Sunday's 21st and final stage to Paris.

 

SBS cycling commentator Mike Tomalaris was in France and he explained the significance of the win.
