Turkey is refusing to pay millions of dollars in compensation for its occupation of part of the Mediterrean island of Cyprus.
The long-running conflict in Cyprus sees the island's capital Nicosia divided by a narrow strip of land separating Turkish and Greek Cypriot forces.
It's monitored by a United Nations peacekeeping force.
The compensation ruling came ahead of a visit to Cyprus this week by the US Vice President Joe Biden.
Cyprus correspondent Murray Silby is in Nicosia and told Greg Dyett about the reaction to the ruling.
