Senior bureaucrats responsible for rolling out the national disability insurance scheme insist they're working hard to address complaints from providers and participants.
The National Disability Insurance Agency received 1210 complaints between January and March, coming off a significant peak late last year following major issues with the delivery, a Senate hearing has been told.
"We're working hard to put in place improved processes and procedures and as we speak are running some workshops and doing some deep listening to our participants, providers and our partners," NDIA chief operating officer Grant Tidswell said on Wednesday.
