Concern in Australia over Ebola outbreak

Australians are being urged to postpone non-essential travel to Guinea, Sierra Leone and Nigeria, because of an outbreak of Ebola.

The federal government is recommending all Australians postpone non-essential travel to Guinea, Sierra Leone and Nigeria, because of an outbreak of Ebola.

 

The death toll from the outbreak has risen above 670, mostly in Guinea and Sierra Leone.

 

Jeremiah Temple from the Sierra Leone Australia Community of Victoria says the expat community has grave concerns for family and friends in the region.
