A man has pulled off an unusual petrol station robbery dressed as a woman and brandishing a fake machine gun, Victorian Police say.
Detectives from the Brimbank Crime Investigation Unit said the man entered the Watervale service station on Sunday night.
He approached the counter, wearing a long skirt, blonde wig and wide-brimmed hat, and pulled out what appears in security vision to be a home-made gun.
