Jake Lehmann, the son of Australian cricket coach Darren Lehmann, has been named in South Australia's Sheffield Shield team for the first time.

The son of Australian coach Darren Lehmann has been named in South Australia's Sheffield Shield team.

Jake Lehmann, a 22-year-old left-handed batsman, has been included in the Redbacks' 12-man squad for the Shield game against Victoria starting Thursday in Adelaide.

Lehmann has played four one-dayers for SA but is yet to make his first-class debut.
