Diamonds look for harder edge against NZ

Australia's netball leaders insist New Zealand still sit at the sport's top table despite being owned by the Diamonds and passed by England in recent times.

Australia's netball Diamonds are looking for a harder edge to their play against a New Zealand side boasting new leadership,

The Diamonds will take out the four-nation Quad Series If they win their final game in Melbourne on Sunday against a Silver Ferns side now coached by Noeline Taurua and captained by returning midcourt ace Laura Langman.

"Noeline knows our style of play pretty well when she's coaching in our league, so we're not taking this lightly at all,'" Diamonds coach Lisa Alexander said.
