North Korea believed to be behind a cyber attack on Sony Pictures.

The country is on a list of suspects believed to be behind the hacking attack - believed to be a possible act of retaliation for the film, The Interview, which depicts a fictional plot to assassinate leader Kim Jong Un.

When asked if North Korea was behind the attack, North Korea's mission to the UN accused hostile forces of blaming everything on the North.. and added 'I kindly advise you to just wait and see'

The attack leaked at least five high profile films to file sharing sites. The attack crippled the firm's corporate email and other parts of its internal network.

The FBI said it was investigating the hack and did not name any suspects.
