Grigor Dimitrov has fought back from a set and a break down to reach the quarter-finals at the ATP tournament in Delray Beach.
Dimitrov advanced with a 4-6 6-4 6-3 victory over Bosnian world No.88 Damir Dzumhur.
Trailing a break at 2-3 in the second set, Dimitrov broke his opponent to draw level before breaking again to send the match to a decider on his second set point.
As with the start of the second set, Dimitrov dropped serve immediately and soon found himself down 3-1 in the third.
He would survive two break points when serving for the match, eventually taking the last five games to close it out in just under two hours.
Dimitrov will face French eight seed Adrian Mannarino in the quarters.
Mannarino also through in three tight sets with a 7-6 (8-6) 6-7 (7-4) 6-3 win over Japanese qualifier Tatsuma Ito.
They are joined by Bernard Tomic's conqueror, American Rajeev Ram, who backed up his first round victory over Tomic with a 6-2 5-7 6-4 win over Ukrainian Illya Marchenko.
Ram will face german veteran Ben Becker in his quarter-final, the German advanced with a 5-7 7-6 (7-1) 6-3 upset of US sixth-seed Steve Johnson.
Australia's John-Patrick Smith will face returning Argentine Juan Martin del Potro on Friday morning (AEDT).
