Fremantle coach Ross Lyon says his side will take a no-fears approach into Sunday's game against Hawthorn in Launceston - even if it rains.
The Dockers have struggled to deal with wet and slippery conditions over the past month, but they've done enough to maintain their two-game lead on top of the AFL ladder.
Hawthorn sit in fourth spot with a 9-4 record, but they'll again be without star forward Jarryd Roughead, who had a melanoma removed from his lip last week.
Hawthorn have turned Aurora Stadium into a fortress in recent years - losing only once there in the past 21 games.
The Hawks have come up trumps in all seven games against the Dockers in Launceston.
No showers are forecast for Sunday's game at this stage, but the mercury is only expected to reach 12 degrees.
Lyon said his side will be ready to test themselves against one of the flag favourites.
"You'd be a fool not to respect them, so we respect them," Lyon told Perth radio station 6PR.
"But we don't fear anyone in the AFL. We look forward to travelling to Launceston.
"It will be a bit cooler. If it rains, we'll be sweet, because the last five games we've played in the wet basically.
"We're on top of the ladder for a reason, because we can play some really powerful football. I'm really confident in our group."
