The Los Angeles Dodgers booked their place in the Major League Baseball National League Championship Series as they won their Divisional Series decider against the Washington Nationals.
The best-of-five series was tied at 2-2 and the Dodgers did the business thanks to a four-run seventh inning which gave them a 4-3 win on Friday AEDT.
Joc Pederson hit a solo homer, Carl Ruiz registered an RBI single while Justin Turner contributed a two-RBI.
They will meet the Chicago Cubs in the NLCS to fight for a place in the World Series.
