Dogs rescued from Melb house fire

Two dogs have been rescued from a Melbourne house fire after a family had a lucky escape.

Firefighters have rescued two dogs from a burning Melbourne house and given one of them oxygen, after a family escaped an early morning blaze.

Two adults and two young children were taken to hospital for observation after the Seddon home caught fire on Tuesday morning.

MFB firefighters went into the house to rescue the family's pet dogs, with one of them requiring oxygen at the scene.
