Dominika Cibulkova into WTA top five

Dominika Cibulkova has jumped into the top five in the latest WTA rankings.

WTA Finals winner Dominika Cibulkova moves up three places to fifth in the latest women's tennis rankings.

The Slovakian upset world No.1 Angelique Kerber 6-3, 6-4 on Sunday to win the title in Singapore.

Kerber of Germany tops the rankings, increasing her points lead over Serena Williams of the United States, with Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland remaining third.

Samantha Stosur remains the top-ranked Australian after she stayed at No.20 in the rankings published on Monday (Tuesday AEDT).
