St George Illawarra have signed three new players including Melbourne utility Kurt Mann, who will join the Dragons on a two-year NRL deal at the end of this season.

Gold Coast Titans forward Mark Ioane will link with the club immediately after being granted a release, as will fellow prop Luke Page who makes the move from the Canberra Raiders.

Both Ioane and Page have signed on only for the remainder of the season.

Mann - who can play at fullback, centre, five-eighth and halfback - has played 21 games for the Storm since making his first-grade debut last year after joining from Newcastle at the end of 2012.

"Kurt has played some very good football since making his NRL debut last year, so we were not surprised he attracted offers from other clubs," Storm director of football Frank Ponissi said.

"He is a terrific young man and well liked at the club and while we are disappointed not to be able to retain his services, we wish him the best and know he will finish the season with the right attitude."
