Former Prime Minister Julia Gillard's ex-boyfriend has clashed with a photographer outside the royal commission into union corruption in Sydney.
Bruce Wilson has been pictured grabbing the collar of a photographer from The Australian to avoid having his photo taken.
Mr Wilson is at the commission to give evidence about his role in the establishment and running of an alleged union slush fund set up in 1992.
The Australian Workers Union Workplace Reform Association was set up by Bruce Wilson and former AWU official Ralph Blewitt.
Mr Blewitt has told the commission he once used $90,000 of union members' fund to buy a house in Melbourne.
SBS reporter Marcus Reubenstein has been following the case, and told Greg Dyett the commission also heard about Julia Gillard's involvement in providing legal advice to her then boyfriend and Ralph Blewitt when she worked as a partner at Slater and Gordon.
