A driver has been jailed for at least two years for causing the deaths of four family members in a horror crash in South Australia.
Alexander Thomas Wooldridge, 64, was sentenced to four years and two months with a non-parole period of two years in the District Court in Mount Gambier on Wednesday.
He admitted four counts of dangerous driving causing death and one of causing serious harm on December 1 in the town of Hatherleigh, just north of Millicent.
Mount Gambier residents Josh Doyle, 22, his sister Jessica, 16, their mother Michelle, 45, and their grandmother Bev Khan, 68, from Victoria, died when their four-wheel drive was hit after a truck and a utility Wooldridge was driving collided.
Mr Doyle's partner, Bradley Kelly, was injured in the crash.
