Duet swings to net profit

A 31 per cent jump in first-half revenue has helped energy infrastructure company Duet return a net profit of $89.4 million.

Energy infrastructure company Duet has swung to a first half net profit thanks to a 31 per cent jump in revenue.

Duet's interim net profit attributable to security holders for the six months to December 31 of $89.4 million, was underpinned by $809.7 million in revenue.

That compares with a $800,000 loss on $616.2 million revenue for the same period a year ago.

Stripping out significant items, profit after tax was $98.9 million, up from $19 million last year.
