Kevin Durant continues to make a strong case to be named the NBA's Most Valuable Player.
Durant scored 41 points, including the game-winning jumper with 1.5 seconds left, on Monday night, rallying the Oklahoma City Thunder to victory over the visiting Atlanta Hawks 111-109 for its eighth straight win.
Durant has 30 or more points in 11 straight games, the longest streak since Tracy McGrady's run of 14 matches in the 2002-03 season.
"Kevin's a special player," Thunder coach Scott Brooks said. "He's going to be an MVP candidate until he decides to retire."
Reggie Jackson had 18 points and Jeremy Lamb added 15 for Oklahoma City (36-10), who improved to 20-3 at home.
After Paul Millsap's lay-up tied the scores with 22.3 seconds left, Durant pulled up for the game-winning jumper.
Elsewhere, the Toronto Raptors beat the Brooklyn Nets 104-103.
Patrick Patterson pick off Deron Williams' inbound pass and hit the game-winning jumper with six seconds left, as the visiting Raptors stopped the Nets' five-game winning streak.
Kyle Lowry scored 31 points and Patterson added 15 for the Atlantic Division-leading Raptors, who were winners for the third time in four games.
Kevin Love scored 31 points and the visiting T-Wolves snapped a seven-game losing streak against the Bulls with their fourth win in their last five games as the Minnesota Timberwolves defeated Chicago 95-86.
Phoenix beat Philadelphia 124-113. Gerald Green poured in 30 points and Slovenia's Goran Dragic added 24 as the visiting Suns handed the Sixers their 10th loss in 12 games.
Jamal Crawford scored 25 points as the LA Clippers beat the Milwaukee Bucks 114-86, while Utah defeated Sacramento 106-99.
