Arjen Robben gave them the lead before Tim Cahill hit a spectacular equaliser in the first half.

Dutch football fans in Sydney were taken by surprise.
For fans cheering on the Australian side, the Cahill goal was a moment to savour.
But Dutch fans were far from complacent as the Socceroos matched them goal for goal in the second half.
Victorious in the end, fans were elated with the 3-2 result. Some supporters even declared that the World Cup 2014 will belong to the Netherlands "no question."

The Netherlands will play Chile next Tuesday in Sao Paulo.
