Dutch report into MH17 crash released

The Dutch Safety Board on Tuesday has released a preliminary report into the downing of the Malaysia Airlines plane, which killed 298 people including 38 Australian citizens and residents.

The families of the Australian victims have received an advance copy of the Dutch report, which focuses on whether the aircraft itself or pilot error was at fault.
