Sean Penn's model daughter Dylan has bared all in a nude shoot for erotic photography magazine, Treats.

The 22-year-old daughter of the Oscar winner and ex-wife Robin Wright is showing off her assets on the cover of the publication, which features her leaning against a wall, cupping her breasts, with only a Fendi purse to cover the lower half of her body.

In an interview with the magazine, Penn lauds photographer Tony Duran for his tasteful work, and admits the shoot proved to be more difficult than she thought.

"I knew his photography from before I was asked to shoot and really admired him as an artist. I have always loved his black and white nudes, they were always so tastefully done and, more specifically, showed that certain elegant yet strong beauty that I think all women embody.

"That was definitely an experience I will never forget. I never would have guessed getting naked - using a Fendi purse to cover my vagina - would be so challenging!"

Other pictures from the publication show Penn wearing nothing but a dangling oversized necklace hanging down past her thighs, and one in which she dons a black mesh top with nothing underneath.

In March, rumours surfaced that editors at Playboy magazine had offered Penn $US150,000 ($A160,307.79) to pose for the cover, but she eventually rejected the deal.
