Bomb threats have been made to 18 schools and a kindergarten across Queensland.

The calls on Thursday morning come after more than 20 schools in the state received hoax calls last week, as well as many more interstate.

The schools contacted police and enacted emergency evacuation procedures on their advice.

Some have already been cleared and resumed normal activities.
