Elders annual profit jumps 35%

Agribusiness Elders' net profit is up 35 per cent jump at $51.6 million for the year to September 30, thanks to revenue lifting to $1.6 billion.

A nine per cent rise in revenue has helped Agribusiness Elders lift full-year net profit 35 per cent to $51.6 million.

Chief executive Mark Allison says the result reflects solid progress with the company's long-term strategy and focus, after revenue came in at $1.6 billion.

"Clear opportunities exist for us to grow our digital and technical services offering, adding further value and productivity for our stakeholders," he said on Monday.
